Alan Haney is a native of New Iberia and a 2000 graduate of Catholic High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University in 2004 and his Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School in 2007.
Alan has served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 15th Judicial District since 2007, and he continues to serve as a felony prosecutor with that office. He has spent more than a decade prosecuting serious felonies on behalf of the citizens of Lafayette Parish — including rape, homicide, and public corruption.
