Lance Beal

Lance Beal is a co-founder of Beal & Hebert and a native of Erath, Louisiana. A 2001 graduate of Teurlings Catholic High School, Lance enlisted in the United States Air Force in July 2001 and was commissioned a second lieutenant in the Louisiana National Guard in 2005. During Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, he served as Officer-in-Charge of Nicholls State University's evacuation shelter.

After Katrina and Rita, Lance served as a Louisiana National Guard strategic plans officer and then as Louisiana's state intelligence officer. He commanded a military intelligence company in Afghanistan. After his service, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center in 2018.

Lance currently serves as an Assistant District Attorney for the 15th Judicial District. At Beal & Hebert, his practice focuses on helping small businesses grow, personal injury, wills and successions, and construction law.

For the past nine years, Lance has volunteered as a coach for various local schools — football, baseball, softball, and track. Beal & Hebert proudly supports the Acadiana Boys & Girls Club. Upon returning home from his deployments, Lance has dedicated himself to making Acadiana a better place by supporting various charities, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. By making Acadiana a better place, we make Louisiana a better place.
